Windows/System32/Drivers/Etc/hosts. There have been reports that something makes entries in the file. The only valid entry is probably the loopback entry, and that's not needed. You can delete the entries, or just delete or rename the hosts file. If you don't know what the host file is, then it's not needed. If you use it, then I don't have to tell you how it's used.
