I made a program about 10-15 years ago in Basic. I have been able to run the program with GW Basic with every operating system up until XP Pro. When I try to open it in GW Basic, It says there is only 3 files when there is actually 6. Any Suggestions?

Why are you posting the same question again?

You don't get better responses by posting again. You get more responses by responding
to comments in your original thread. That's the place to express your wistful dream
of a better solution.

The facts are however GWBasic is a DOS application, and Windows NT does not run on
DOS, it uses a DOS emulation. Some things work, others don't. There seem to be more
that don't.

Forums work best as a discussion - you want to do what you can to increase responses.
A shotgun approach does not draw as much interest.

Download QBasic.4.5 (or Qbasic.7.1) and run your GWBasic program in that. Mebbe you'd like to upgrade your program to QB.4.5 anyway - it's a lot faster (and IMHO better) than GW. Good luck
