Find the file in search and name it .old....it,ll stop then.

Type C:\ into RUN, open programs,rght click Messenger and change it to Messenger.old.....clearer??..;)

Another, cleaner but not easier way to do this is go to Start > Run > MSCONFIG, then
go to the startup tab and find your MSN thing and uncheck it. Click Apply and it
will tell you to restart your computer, so do so. Your MSN should no longer run.
