I have to use the task manager to open a new explorer.exe everytime I start up my computer, also I can not log in to any websites that I have joined. An error page comes up. Can you help?

about having to open explorer everytime... i dont know a good solution, but you could download a startup program like "startupclp" or is it "startupcpl" and just add "explorer.exe" so it opens automatically on startup. As for the websites... try deleting cache and cookies.. works for me.
