hey guys, I'm having this problem with this spyware, I'm unable to fully remove it,
for the last 3 months I've been using ad-aware and spybot and none has been able
to remove it, it keeps coming back. how can I remove it?

Try cwshredder and spyblaster.

Sometimes you have to turn of system restore and run all these. Of course you may
loose restore points. Does it indicate what the trojan or error message? or just
pop up many windows?

Look if you have a copy of the file in "C:\Windows\System32\dllcache" and delete
it....
