I have a question about What
do I do with "unknown" devices in Device Manager?:
I get the error message "the software you are installing for this hardware has not
passed Windows Logo testing to verify its compatibility with Windows Xp". When I
open the device manager, it is listed as unknown and because of previous statement
cannot update driver.
