They can only be cleared by going into the registry, finding them and then, naturally deleting them. I do hope you know the dangers of playing with the registry. To do so, go to Tools, Internet Options, Content tab. Click the Autocomplete button and clear the forms and passwords by using their respective buttons. Then you can uncheck anything in the Use Autocomplete For area that you do not want tracked, forms, passwords... Hope this helps. This file is lock, so you have to do it from dos prompt reboot.
