I have a question about Stop
Windows from Wildly Accessing your Hard Disk:
I need to know if the procedure to change the VCache value is the same as in win98
or what value it should be changed to.
any help would be appreciated .

Have you tryed Cacheman 5... it worked for me.
It seams that your page file setting is too low, try
to in crease that first . but Cacheman does the job for me. Good luck!

Xp handles memory in a different way...most/all of the "Memory Management" apps are
useless for XP...do some research.98 benifited from the VCache tweak...but not XP.
