Trouble Opening Web Pages with Router

I have a netgear rp612v2 router. I recently contacted technical support but they advanced my case to level two and no one has contacted me. Basically the problem is, I can open up certain websites without my router and can't with it. So i know its a router problem. To be specific, one of the sites I cannot open is facethejury.com. I've had numerous programs with lowering the MTU and to no avail nothing as worked. I have the latest driver updates and I know its a router problem. What else could it be??

Are you using Internet Explorer? Have you tried resetting the browser Privacy and
Security settings to their default settings to see if you can still access facethejury.com?
Are you using any software firewall like zone alarm or Norton I.S. and have tried
temporarily suspending it. Lastly, go to offbyone.com and d/l & install their small
web browser and see if you can access the sites you're having problems with that
browser. Post back with your results

That model # must be a typo, there's no 612v2 listed at netgear website. Is it rp614v2
instead? What firmware version is installed on it? Do you have DSL, cable modem or
dial-up ISP access? Have you tried to reset the router to factory defaults and then
allow it to auto-detect your isp/dns settings and assign your lan addresses?

could just be the lack of a DNS entry on the router itself.
