System Restore is not terribly reliable. It works some of the time, but all too often
it doesn't work when you need it the most. It would be best if you switched to a
disk imaging system, but that may be too complex to setup without quite a bit of
work. Second best is to look into a product called GoBack.
But System Restore is better than nothing, so you should turn it on until you switch
to another more reliable tool.

Joyce, I am not all that computer smart either but you don't need a lot of knowledge
to install GoBack and it will give you a lot more peace of mind. It's a very simple
program that gives you options which System Restore doesn't. I agree with the previous
post - use System Restore while you do some homework on GoBack. Best of luck. Nicky.
