Win XP: Explorer is reporting the wrong amount of free space!

Hello. Looks like a wonderful forum you have here. I'll now explain my utterly weird problem. The problems started after I had ripped vob files from a dvd i have, and split those to be 2 dvds, wich i imaged, and run through daemon tools. After I'd run these, i deleted all the vob and image files, however.. seems like explorer did not "understand" I did this, so it thinks that I have 11 gig free on one of my hard drives; this drive is a 127 GB partition, and when i right click all the files (hidden and read only), it clearly shows that only 87 GB has been used of the total 127. For my other partition (wich is not phsically same disk), I have a simular problem, explorer shows [and makes windows "think"!] that there is 7.76 Gb left, when I right click i get 32.3 GB used space of a total of 59.5 GB... As everyone can tell, I got a LOT of space that I would want to use! Please inform me on a sollution! Thank you very much, Frank Einar Haugen.
