pop up window stuck on my screen

Lately I've been having a problem with some pop up windows that I'm assuming use Macromedia Flash. A small window pops up without any borders so I can't minimize or close it. The window doesn't finish loading or something cause I'm stuck with a "The page cannot be displayed" stuck on my screen. There's a tab in the Taskbar but it's blank and right clicking does no good. The only solution I know of is to either log off or restart my computer. This is a pain and I have to do it pretty frequently. Flash is installed so I have no idea why it's doing this. Has anyone else had this problem? Any ideas on what I should do?

well alt f4 will always close the active window, but it sounds like you have some sort of adware, you can try search and destroy, program or adware or webroots spybot. goog them names if you want to download the programs.
