How important is the C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files\ ?

I think I may have deleted its contents while doing some cleaning of unnecessary files on my pc. Now when I boot up it says RunDll error and it says it couldn't find bridge.dll in C:\windows\downloaded program files . Anyone know how to stop this error from happening? It may have been some stupid shareware that I recently downloaded that I don't want starting up anyway.

Tip: Run a free scan for common Windows errors ad
