I have a question about Speed up the Start Menu:

I downloaded Tweakui for win xp and I do not see a "menu speed control" anywhere on it - to move to the left????

I have set the [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop] "MenuShowDelay" from the default 400 to 2. Then when I reboot to make it active, the setting keeps defaulting back to 400. My account has administrator rights, security on my profile looks ok. When I change the same setting for the default user profile it will accept the new setting.
