Just to clarify, was the device working with your current software configuration
and, for some unexplained reason, has quit working. Also, what software changes
have been made since the problem first arose (XP updates, new software, etc.)? Presumably
none, but I must ask...

I am sure I have downloaded some windows updates, but at this time, I am unsure which
ones. I made no other major software downloads since and yes, it was working perfectly
fine before "that day." Do you know of any windows updates that I may have downloaded
that could be interfering with the device? Thanks for the help!
