msconfig.exe (Start: Run: type "msconfig.exe") contains a tab for "startup" which
allows you to view and optionally turn off programs that launch from registry. Also
is an easy place to see the .INI files

Only show win, system and boot.ini files. They are easy to read anyway. Was this
an answer to a post somewhere or just a bit of general info?
