HELP! Error code 0000001a, (computer wont stop shutting down)

I have hit dead end. My computer continues to just restart, no blue screen, just
restart very often. What happens is my cpu usage goes up to 80-90%, computer slows
down a bit, then quickly restarts. I looked in the event viewer and it says: "Error
code 0000001a, parameter1 00041284, parameter2 07144000, parameter3 000044c0, parameter4
c0503000.". I have found many errors like this, but none that have the "....01a".
I have tried removing pagefile, messing with virtual memory. Extremely stumped
now, any input would be a life saver!
-Extremely frustrated,
Jesse

I have searched google and altavista and yahoo, clicked and clicked and nothing.
Results come up, but nothing with the exact words error code 0000001a, just other
search sites. I have also gotten a few MrxSmb error messages, explaining there has
been conflict with another computer saying it is the 'master browser'. Do I have
a hacker or are there network problems (i'm on a network with 2 other computers in
my house). Both error messages do the same thing, cpu usage tops out then computer
restarts. I am so stuck :(
