Article confuses AIN & AutoPlay

The article confuses "Auto Insert Notification" (AIN) and AutoRun/AutoPlay.

Besides it is missing the simplest and most elegant way to turn off AutoPlay on NT
based systems ( Win 2000/XP/2003 ), that is the "Group Policy Object Editor". As
Admin run the command "GPEDIT.MSC" and under "Local Computer Policy" / "Computer
Configuration" / "Administrative Templates" / "System" , change the "Turn off Autoplay"
item to "Enabled".

It turn off autorun, but not AIN, so when you insert a CD, the eploer will detect
it, update its display ( CD label and capacitiy ), but will not run any programs.

You're posting this in the wrong place. The people that write those articles don't
typically read the forum postings. You need to write directly to the management
with your suggestions.

Won't work in XP-Home as it doesn't have "GPEDIT.MSC".

First I posted into the forum, then I noticed the feature of commenting on an article,
so I posted as a comment to the article. I did not know that they all show up in
the same place. Sorry.
