What do you mean by "pixel" size between WinXP and Win2000?

There is a few answers to this question. If you are talking about physical pixel size, it varies with your current screen resolution, and the size and shape of your monitor. If you are talking about logical pixel size, the default is the same for both Windows 2000 and Windows XP: 96 dpi. This setting can be changed through Control Panel->Display->Settings Tab->Advanced->General Tab. A factor that tends to complicate the issue is the aspect ratio. Typically (for CRT monitors, not flat panels) the aspect ratio is 4/3. If the resolution you are using is not 4/3 then the pixels are not square, but rectagular. Say for example you had a standard 19" monitor. A resolution of 800x600 (800/600) = 4/3 aspect ratio which would have square pixels. 1280x1024 would produce 5/4 (which I believe is common for flat panels) and make the pixels smaller vertically. I hope that was helpfully, without being overly informative.
