I have a question about Rename
the Recycle Bin:
I tried adding the rename and remove things to my Recycle Bin, but they don't work
at all, not even with a reboot.

You want the proper way to edit the registry for it??..or do you want some 3rd part

I think I'll use common sense and go for the proper way.

Good!....Click Start / Run
Type regedit and press enter.
Open the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT folder
Open the CLSID folder
Open the {645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}folder
Open the ShellFolder folder
Change the "Attributes Data value from "40 01 00 20" to "70 01 00 20"...now close
the reg..right click the Recycle Bin>Explore>Highlight the Recycle Bin>File>Rename...reboot...presto!..;)
