I have a question about Windows Installer Appears Every Time I Start an Application:

I wonder if you can help - I have tried the regedit solution but I dont appear to have the 9.0 part. I have also tried to edit the mmc.exe but I have no group policy add in. If I reinstall outlook, will I lose all my current mail and do you think this will solve the problem! Thanks
