I have a question about Change the Icons of Desktop Items:

I can understand how to change icons and add new folders and apply system icons and to the new folder created so it becomes that system feature ... what I can't figure out is how to set the order of the icons as they appear on the left panel of Explorer... When Explorer opens up - the first icon under Desktop is My Documents ... what if I want to create a new folder and call it Foo Foo, give it the CLSID of a briefcase, and have it reside at the very top (the first item under Desktop) in Explorers left panel?
