go to your display properties

click on the desktop tab and click customize

click on the web tab

make sure the 'lock icons' is unchecked. this will enable your text labels to become transparent

How to enable text labels to become transparent without uncheck "Lock desktop items" of desktop tab of display properties only make sure 'lock icons' is unchecked ?
