I have another solutionCustomize the Start Menu Button:

Okay! So, my ibm doesnt have the recovery console option so i tried something else. I made the changes and saved the explorer.exe in another dir. then i went and booted into safe mode (not sure if this was completely nessecary) then i opened a command promt (cmd) and did ctrl+alt+del and ended explorer.exe from the processes tab. then i did the following in command prompt: copy C:\TEMPDIR\explorer.exe C:\windows\explorer.exe then it asked me to overwrite and I said YES then i just rebooted, and voila it says Aaron instead of start :)
