I FIXED IT! I was having a similar problem with a bad install of Money 2003 which
caused me to get pop up whenever I tried opening ANYTHING. The new Microsoft Money
2005 Small Business CD I just purchased came with a "Windows Install Clean Up" file
on the disk. I ran it, selected the "Problem installer application"...and it fixed
it.
