Other "missing entries" can be corrected as follows: MS Office: Open MS Word, then Tools > Customize > Options Tab then uncheck "Menus show recently used commands first" Internet Explorer: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced Tab, then uncheck "Enable Personalized Favorites Menu" MS Project: Tools > Customize > Toolbars > Options Tab, then check "Always show full menus" Thanks. Thank you so much for explaining how to keep Internet Explorer from hiding most of the Favorites menu! That was a truly annoying "feature" and I never guessed that it was related to the "Personalized Menus" feature.
