Picture Problems

Hey everyone, whenever i go to save a photo off the net, the save as box opens up
in thumbnail view, and while it's loading the preview of the thumbnails, it shuts
down the internet windows. It's something to do with loading the preview pictures,
and is quite annoying. Any ideas whats the problem? or how to fix it? Thanks
