Question about 'Customize Context Menus'

I have a question about Customize Context Menus:

I have read a lot of good tips on how to customize Windows context menus in general but what i'd want to know is how do I customize the context menu which shows up when I right click on the taskbar or on the desktop and other such context menus. Is there a way to do this, either through windows directly or through any 3rd party program out there???

For the task bar, you must use a resource editor, I believe, and you can only remove items. For the desktop, I think the handlers under HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AllFilesystemObjects may be invoked.
