Brower language changed after DSL change

Here's a good one. I just switched to DSL from dial up. I have Windows XP and as soon as I switched, my browser language changed from English to Spanish. Every time I type in www.google.com it adds .mx and goes to the Mexico start up page. This also happens on Firefox. Any ideas? I have checked all my tools/options/ language and everything says English United States. I stumped my new ISP!They have no idea what happened. Can someone else help me get the regular Google back??? Thanks!!!

No, I didn't load any software. We set up the dsl modem and I clicked on my browser icon that I always used in dial-up and it came up google mexico instead of regular google. I clicked on my firefox icon and the same thing happened. Once I search for something, it comes up in English but my browsers are all in spanish. I haven't loaded any software or changed anything since using dialup and switching to dsl. Thanks for your help!

Homepage is www.google.com This has everyone stumped! Everytime I type in www.google.com, or click on the icon, it thinks about it and then adds the .mx and away to mexico we go! I have shut down the computer and restarted, I have uninstalled and reinstalled firefox. I have checked everything I can think of. Guess it is just one of those gliches! Thanks for your time!
