I have a question about Top reasons for random, fatal crashes in Windows XP and Windows 2000:

Hi' there. my computer freezes up constantly when i'm trying to play games see films and when i try to copy files from my hard drive to the other. My PC Have an MSI KT6 Delta (Via KT600 Chipset Based). an AMD 2800+ Sempron. 512MB of Ram. ATI Radeon 9800 Pro. 1xSATA 160GB 1XATA160GB Hard drives. My Power Supply is an 300 watts. Please help, it's annoying when it freezes all the time.

I don't see a question anywhere in that post. We can't tell you why it's crashing
if that's what you wanted to ask. The whole purpose of the post is to give you things
to start looking at. Your power supply would be a good place to start.
