Once that window opens up click on the 'file types' tab and select from the list (mine would be htm or html). Then click advance and the change icon button. It is usually called Windows Explorer. A quick way to open it is right-click on your START button and choose Explore. Is there any way I can customize an internet shortcut icon, and keep this hack too?
