Recovering permanently deleted items

I've just deleted my entire inbox. I've tried to recover it all but because I deleted the items by holding shift and then pressing delete, they haven't gone into the deleted items folder OR the permanently deleted folder. I did it by accidently holding ctrl with the shift and then hitting end just before delete thus highlighting all items and deleting them all. Where have they gone? Can I get them back - there is 500 odd!

"Undelete Softwares" may resolve your problem. Try downloading "Softlogica - Handy
Recovery" (downloads.com); I've got their software free before, I just don't know
if they are charging now. Just please remember that to increase the chance of the
deleted files to be recovered, avoid applications like defragmenters that may alter
drive and make the image of the removed applications unrecoverable.
