You must be referring to the "Logical Disk Manager" Service?
Go to Start - Run - type Services.msc then hit Enter.
Locate and Highlight "Logical Disk Manager" on the list. Right click - choose Properties.
Under Startup type - use the downpointing arrow and select Automatic, then Apply.
Dealing with Unwanted Spyware and Parasites
If you do mean Logical Disk Manager, why do you want it started? I have 2 entries
in Services for it and neither are started and both are setup as manual. This is
on a Dell Inspirion notebook.
