System Time/Clock Problems

I'm sorry if this has been previously answered but I did a search quickly & came up with nothing, so if anyone has any ideas it would be great: Ok somehow, & I have NO idea how or why, the clock in my taskbar shows up sort of backwards! For instance, it's supposed to say like 10:32 AM, but it will look like this in the taskbar: 3210 AM. The same thing goes for all the "date modified" times, except the actual date is having no problems anywhere displaying correctly. Is this possibly some sort of 24 hr time? Does anyone know if there's a setting that maybe got screwed up that I can fix, or some other way to take care of it? It's driving me crazy! One other thing is that if I use a program like TClock, which isn't currently running, but the time then shows up properly at least in the trayclock area, although those date modified times are still all wacky. Thanks!

The first place I would check is the "Regional and Language Settings" in the Control Panel. See if anything there seems wrong.

Hey you're right! I feel so stupid now because I was just checking the date & time properties. I didn't even think of that. Thanks! :)
