Im planning to reformat my drive C (i have only 1 hard disk partitioned into two, 
C and D). And I am going to install WINDOWS XP OS... 

But I dont know how to start.

- in reformatting my hard disk what do I need (an Win98 boot diskette?)
- Where will I start or HOW will I start?

PLEASE HELP ME. I want my PC to be more efficient and productive with my thesis...

You will be given an option to delete your partitions and create a new one. You may also wish to see the link on alternatives to system restore below for ideas on a partitioning scheme.
