Ok My PC is acting up bad For the past few months it has been turning it self off and on by it self at random times. Now my MSN Messenger wont connect me it just says please try again later. I cant sign in to things like Hotmail and GCN will not let me connect. Yahoo Messenegr will connect me though O.o This is wierd Trillian also will not connect me. Can anyone help me please?

Sounds like you have some kind of virus. Follow Falcon's cleanup routine (link above). 
Do all steps, in order as directed.

Repair install WinXP 
Clean install WinXP

I forgot to mention, when trying to do a full system restore, My PC Will get about half way and restart :S
