I have a question about Turn Off the Bouncing 'Click Here to Begin' Arrow:

I'm running Windows XP. EVERYTHING including Outlook Express Has these "Bouncing messages" (Extremely irratating when trying to compose a message) Click "To" I'm told what to put there??? DUH!!! Click "subject" I'm told to put what the message is about??? DUH AGAIN!!! Worse, If you don't click at exactly the right time; You can't type ANYTHING!!!AAAAHHHH!!! Could SOMEBODY PLEASE tell me how to stop this!!!

Did you do what the link web page the link you provided said to do? Sounds like that is sup[posed to fic this problem.

Remove the "click here to begin" pop up in Windows XP:
