could you please offer some info of some type on the exact errors you are getting instead of thinking we are psychic and knowing what is happening with your system, i mean, really, imo. your messege really makes no sense what so ever...i mean you put "Question about 'Top reasons for random, fatal crashes in Windows XP and Windows 2000'"....where in the text of your messege is the "question"?

Windows XP crashing randomly, then blue screen

At least once a day my computer crashes. It sometimes happens when I am listening to music in Media Player. I can't play Sims 2 because the game crashes. Even when just trying to open My Pictures, I get "send error report" I get this same message when using iTunes, in Media Player, and in accessing My Documents, My Music.. I have replaced the power supply, changed memory, formatted my whole computer and re-installed Windows. I am not sure what should be my next step in finding the problem & solution. Main issues are receiving blue screen first with error code then system completely crashing and receiving constant "send error reports" from Microsoft
