I keep getting the following error message when I try to start a particular application:
"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135)". I have tried re-installing
the application but still receive this error message. Can anyone please help?

As that Article instructs, you would be better off contacting the developer of the
application or posting your problem in a help forum at its website.

I am experiencing the identical error message but it (appears) that my problem has
to do with the sound. My computer cannot produce any sound. The sound might simply
be coincidental. I will try a reinstall from the original CD. It seems that that
'usually' solves the problem.
? # 1 are you certain as to what is failing to initialize?
?# 2 are you reinstalling your OS(windows operating system)system or for a specific
application?
