For some reason I can't see bitrates anymore in my Windows Explorer, it use to show and now I have the colum for it but nothing listed. Anyone have any clue as to why this is or how to fix it? I like to make sure all my mp3's are the same rate and its driving me nuts.

Try Start->Run->
regsvr32 shmedia.dll
