Spybot and Outlook Express

Outlook Express was working fine, until I downloaded Spyboy and deleted a few potentially
bad files. When I realized Outlook had stopped working I went back into Spybot and
undid everything (everything I deleted I got back) and unprotected my computer, but
that didn't work. Then I uninstalled Spyboot, that didn't work. I reinstalled Outlook
Express, that didn't work. I am at a complete loss. Telnet will also not connect
to the mail ISP. Called the ISP and they said they didn't do any upgrades, HELP!!!
