How do I set the auto arrange default by name when I save

When I try to save my Windows XP auto arrange puts everything in order by the size of the file. I want it to, by default, always display everything by name when I go to save. It does the same thing if I use the File, Open commands. Please Help!

Right click on the white background and select arrange icons by > name.
