I currently have my laptop partioned and have XP running on one half and Windows 98 on the other. I need to take XP off so that it goes back to just being on Win 98 (i.e. I don't want the initial screen that asks what O/S you want to use to come up anymore) Should I just format the half that has the XP on it? Will that eliminate the opening screen? What is the best way? Can anyone help???

In installing windows, did not pay close attention and another installation was installed. I now have to choose one or the other to use my machine. How to remove the excess installation? Thank you most sincerely, Lee
