There were three users, Me, My Wife and My Daughter. All seemed to go OK when I deleted both the extra accounts. XP did lose some of the settings(system sounds etc.). To be on the safe side, back up your important data just in case something goes wrong. Good luck!! ALL Users pertains to all users on the machine, leave this alone too as it is system generated. Con1, should be ok to delete. To be safe, go into documents and settings and rename the folder first and see if you have problems.
