I have a problem that when i opt 2 shut down the computer it hangs at "Windows is shutting down "screen. I have no idea what to do.

Trial and error testing... you need to find the problem process. Open Task Manager 
before shutting down, and close processes manually until you find the problem one. 
Begin with the non-system processes.
