I have a question about -Windows Installer Appears Every Time I Start an Application. Everytime i start computer and any web page or email the windows installer keeps popping up till what ever i am opening is fully open. i have downloaded windows installer 3-1, looked at a lot of solutions from microsoft and here but to no avail it just continues popping up. when i go into registry key the only office is 10 and 11. i only had the power point viewer and have deleted that but still no good can someone PLEASE help in simple layman terms. thanks
