the handler did not appear in the autoplay windows (empty) when i select right click to autoplay even when i check the properties of my cd-rom the handler is still there.

Recently I put in my SD card and the autoplay list shows up with NO options to select! Just like the above mentioned problem. I have tried everything from Microsoft and also used AutoFix but it says it cannot make the repair! Hmm anyone have ideas?
