I have a question about How do get the taskbar and desktop back if Explorer crashes:

I have gone on to task manager and typed in explorer after clicking on new task run, now what do I do? I bring up the complete desk top but do not know where do go from there. Thanks for your help really

It's not clear what your problem is. If the taskbar didn't reappear, go back to the Task Manager and look under the Processes tab. Sort by "Image Name" and find the instances of "explorer.exe" and End them (End Process button). Then follow the previous instructions again, to Run "explorer". This should restore your desktop *and* taskbar. Ray
