on my computer, when my mouse slows down over just about anything, a little yellow box pops up and tells me everything I never wanted to know about it! files, pictures, ads, anywhere I stop or slow down, even when I'm reading messages in a forum.. its very annoying and most of the time blocks what you are trying to see, until you move the mouse away, then something else pops up?.. pain in the rear... how do you stop it?
