I am getting the following message: "The exception privileged instruction at (0xc000096) occurred at location 0x774f1d04, Click OK to terminate program." Indications in th taskbar show boxes for iedw.ex then Acrobat IE helper. When Ok is ticked the message goes away bu will come back again later. Can you help. Please be as simple as you can as I am no techie. Jim

A google search of iedw.ex failed to provide a result, but it did provide one for
dw.ex. Whether the iedw.ex is a new version of dw.ex is hard to say. This
site talks extensively about dw.ex and how to get rid of it.
Read through it and follow the advice give. If you are not sure how to execute the
suggested advice then get back to this forum. If it is spyware, then this
site has well set out steps of getting rid of it.
